Colleen has been involved in the fitness community for 10 years now. She spent over 5 of those years in a CrossFit gym and now works out from home full-time. Her nutrition journey started at a young age after many years of childhood weight struggles. After numerous trials and tribulations, she has found what works best for her and is passionate about helping others find what works best for them and their specific lifestyle.
She strongly believes there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to nutrition or fitness and that everyone can develop sustainable systems that work no matter what their lifestyle entails. She has been a certified nutrition coach since 2017 (PNL1).
Colleen is a full-time nutrition coach, welders wife, and full-time mom of TWO kids two and under (and 12 months apart, shew).
