Since joining CrossFit in 2016, I have been interested in overall wellness and sustainable health. I wanted to learn the best way not only to fuel performance but have a healthy relationship with food and create a sustainable routine to last a lifetime.
I finished my Precision Nutrition coaching certificate in 2017 which allows me to coach clients one-on-one to reach their goals and teach them how to create a healthy routine for their future. I also have a plant-based food certificate, CrossFit L1 and CrossFit nutrition certificate.
I love teaching people how to create a healthy relationship and mindset with eating because FOOD IS FUEL!
