Why is eating healthy important?

Eating healthy impacts all aspects of your life and is essential to live a healthy lifestyle. Changing your nutrition can better your mental state, improve your performance in the gym and can have positive impacts on the physical components of your body. Eating healthier now will not only help you in the present, but will help aid your future health.

Can I have a cheat meal on this plan?

Depending on your specific goals will determine your intake per week. We usually allow for a pizza or taco night though, don't worry! As long as you are continuously creating a good routine eating mainly whole foods every day. 

How do I know what diet is right for me?

Everyone is different. Genetics, activity level, and food tolerances all play a role in what you should be eating. Some people prefer carbs and some people dislike carbs. Some people don't eat meat and some would only prefer meat, it all depends on you and your specific goals. If you have questions about your diet we suggest purchasing a baseline nutrition consultation. 

How are you going to help me?

Nutrition coaches are here for accountability, meaning whenever you have questions or concerns we are here to support you. At the end of the day, we can't control your eating entirely but we can provide assistance when needed throughout your nutrition journey. If you don't need accountability each week, then a one-time nutrition consultation would be better for you.
